OUR BOOKING TERMS
Booking and Age Restrictions:
Please note that our apartments are for couples, families and business travelers only.
We do not accept any bookings where the lead guest is under the age of 28 years old.
The lead guest must be present on arrival. Photographic ID maybe required and entry to the apartment will be refused if you fail to provide this.
We do not accept bookings of single sex or mixed groups.
A Good Night’s Sleep:
For the enjoyment of all guests and residents staying in the building, please keep any noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 9am.
We operate a zero tolerance rule on this and you will be charged £100 for failure to comply.

Card details are taken at the time you make your booking and full payment will be taken approximately 14 days prior to your arrival.
Check In and Check out times:
Check-in time is between 15:00 hours and 20:00 hours on your day of arrival.
(If available) A late check in between 20:00 hours and 23:00 can be arranged for a fee of £15 (24hrs notice required).
Please call us 24 hours before you arrive to give us your approximate time of arrival and car registration (if you have booked parking).
Check-out time on your day of departure is 10:30am
We can arrange on site parking for £10 per day per car and this is payable on arrival.
This gives you the freedom of coming in and out of the Royal William Yard as many times as you like and parking within the public parking areas.
If you have booked parking through us with your apartment it will be valid until 12.00 noon on your day of departure.
If your booking is cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund for that booking.
If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the booking will be charged.
The card payment details provided will also act as your pre authorised damage deposit cover to process any claims should there be any damages that need to be paid for. This is very rare and we would itemise any damage claim before we processed them with your card.
Sorry, as the apartments are located in a shared development no pets are permitted
We have a no smoking policy throughout all our apartments and their communal areas.
Please ask a member of staff for the location of the permitted areas for smoking if required.
