OUR STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES OF PROTECTING OUR CUSTOMERS,

STAFF, SUPPLIERS AND GENRAL PUBLIC DURING THE

CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK


Our customers, staff and suppliers health, hygiene and safety policy is always at the cutting edge of standards

that we deliver on a normal day to day basis.


In light of the current unprecedented situation surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus, we feel it is important to publically inform our customers of the extra measures that our team have been taking since 1st March 2020 to protect our customers, staff, contractors

and supply chain to help try to combat the spread.

This is on top of our already robust cleaning methods and we are committed, as ever, to delivering the highest possible standards.

Our additional measures:

All staff members have been issued with anti-bacterial spray and anti-bacterial wipes to use regularly throughout the day and have been given latex gloves to be worn at all times during the periods of cleaning, maintenance and accompanied check in.


Before each apartment is cleaned, it is sprayed with anti-bacterial spray throughout. All surfaces are wiped and sanitised using anti-bac spray or alcohol wipes, paying particular attention to areas such as door handles, taps, TV controls, crockery and cutlery. All our linen and towels are boil washed and aditional attention is paid to any further surfaces that are likely to have contact.


We have asked our team members to avoid shaking hands when meeting with people.

We do not want to appear rude but know it is currently not a sensible time for the good old-fashioned handshake at present.

 

We are monitoring and reviewing every situation on a daily basis and implementing any changes that are

required and recommended by the UK government and WHO.


In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our staff and supply chain.

This includes instructing anyone who is feeling ill to stay home and consult the 111.nhs.uk website

and adhere with government guidelines.


We are all in this together and our mantra is for us all to be sensible and do what is right to fight this virus and win.
